Redefining Teamwork

Some websites are just too good not to share. Below is a list of the ones I return to again and again. I update this list regularly, so check back often. And, if you’ve got something you think I should add, let me know. I’m always looking for great resources.

My favorite source of coaching tips and writing exercises is here, at Carolyn Foster’s site

The VIA Strengths-finder and many other assessments, most of them free, are at Martin Seligman’s site.

The most simple, elegant process for freeing yourself from limiting thoughts is on Byron Katie’s website. There are many video examples of her doing the work.

If you’re looking for some help assessing your innate aptitudes, there is no better resource than the Johnson O’Conner Research Foundation. They’ll test you thoroughly, then make career recommendations based on their vast database, decades of experience and insights born of skillful listening. Especially recommended if your work doesn’t quite fit you or you’re just starting out.

For a quick mini artist’s date, my current favorite is here here. Artists from all over the world post new sketches each day. Stunning, and a wonderful antidote to the evening news.

I still browse these photos, illustrations and videos

Or these drawings by Elizabeth Perry that I just love.

Or these doodles, all done during boring meetings. Not an entirely restful site for me, of course. It makes me redouble my efforts to stamp out tedious meetings.

One final artist date spot is the art and scarves of Suzie Cheel.

Don’t forget to set the timer before you surf!
