I also remember the times when an embarrasing moment is shared. Although it may be a little nerve-wracking for the person sharing, it still helps to eliminate tenseness and let people relax more. In my old company you were always expected to tell everyone about the work you were doing and how your work was helping your clients. Which was generally really dull!
